1. Ambito di applicazione
Le presenti Condizioni Generali disciplinano tutte le vendite effettuate da Tiffany Aquaristik Srls tramite il proprio sito web o altri canali commerciali, esclusivamente nei confronti di clienti professionali (B2B). Effettuando un ordine, il cliente accetta integralmente le presenti condizioni.
2. Qualifica del cliente
Il cliente dichiara e garantisce:
- di operare in qualità di professionista (azienda, commerciante, distributore);
- di non agire come consumatore ai sensi della normativa vigente.
Le tutele previste per i consumatori non si applicano.
3. Conclusione del contratto
Il contratto si considera concluso al momento della conferma dell’ordine da parte di Tiffany Aquaristik.
Tiffany Aquaristik si riserva il diritto di rifiutare ordini, richiedere informazioni aggiuntive, annullare ordini in caso di errori evidenti (prezzo, disponibilità, descrizione).
4. Prezzi
Tutti i prezzi sono espressi in Euro (€) e da intendersi IVA esclusa, salvo diversa indicazione.

5. Pagamenti

In caso di mancato pagamento, l’ordine potrà essere sospeso o annullato.

7. Trasferimento del rischio

9. Limitazione di responsabilità

These General Terms and Conditions govern all sales made by Tiffany Aquaristik Srls via its website or other sales channels exclusively to professional customers (B2B). By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The customer declares and warrants that they are acting in the course of their business, trade, or profession, and are not acting as a consumer under applicable law. Consumer protection regulations do not apply.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is deemed concluded upon order confirmation by Tiffany Aquaristik.
